About the Festival
Dong-gang International Photo-Festival,is held since 2001 and started as a name of Dong-gang Photo Festival. The Student's Gymnasium of Yeonwol-si was the main exhibition center in 2002. Dong-gang Museum of Photography, the first public museum of photography of Korea, was founded in 2005 and after the name, Dont-gang Photo Festival, was changed to Dont-gang International Photo Festival in 2008 that has grown into an international event.
